Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid services, strategy consultations, event registrations, magazine features, podcast production engagements and any other paid offerings provided by KIROS.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled strategy consultation will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

For ongoing retainer engagements, the following applies:

• Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Fees paid for work already commenced or delivered are non-refundable.
• Where a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, KIROS will invoice for work completed to the date of cancellation at the agreed rate.

Fees paid for magazine cover stories, editorial features or sponsored content are non-refundable once the editorial process has commenced. Where KIROS is unable to deliver the agreed feature due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

Event registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by KIROS. In the event of cancellation by KIROS, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Fees paid for celebrity engagement facilitation are subject to the terms of the specific engagement agreement. Where a confirmed engagement is cancelled by the celebrity or their representative, KIROS will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative. Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined by the specific agreement in place.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with your name, engagement details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

KIROS reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your engagement will apply to your specific arrangement.
